Terrible separation! There were few people , but they took one person for half an hour. They work slowly and it is unclear how they are called by coupons. I am disappointed with this department. I do not recommend anyone to visit this bank.

It's just awful, I arrived at this branch on 06/12/26, took a ticket, there was a 3rd in line for ~50 minutes, and they accepted me to sit in line for hours, how is that?, what kind of service is that, what's the problem?Maybe they're stalling on purpose?, please figure it out!

A good department. Near the entrance to the subway. The department has friendly staff. They met us, answered our questions, and explained the procedure. The specialists are well trained, they work quickly and accurately. Two cash registers, both were working. The service is fast. There is an ATM, however, the entrance to it is through the next door. A great bank. I will address them again. I recommend.
