Thank you for your hospitality! We had a rest in Kobuleti in June. We chose the guest house "Alehouse" for a long time and made no mistake, near the embankment, beaches, the center. and two weeks passed so quickly that we didn't even have time to miss home. Because there is such a homely atmosphere here. The owners, we are very grateful to them, create such a comfort. And this is the merit of the hostess, she can rally completely different people around herself and everyone communicates like family. For example, upon arrival, a friendly dinner was organized where everyone could chat and get to know each other. The room has everything you need, we didn't feel any inconvenience. A small but clean and modern room with air conditioning, plumbing, Wi-Fi and refrigerator. I would have liked at least minimal dishes in the room, but it was in the shared kitchen and there was no problem taking it there. I really liked the terrace with a swimming pool and cozy wooden tables. Compact shared kitchen, microwave, washing machine, ironing boards, stoves, dryers, refrigerators. There is everything to live independently. If you need a quiet place after relaxing on the beach, where there are no loud evening festivities, and where neither karaoke, music, nor smoke from kebabs from the shore can be heard, then you are here. In my opinion, the best value for money. Thank you for your hospitality!!!! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and if there is an opportunity, we will come here again)))

I lived here from 29.08 to 07.09. My first impressions were terrible. They were going to put me in a room without a balcony, although booking a tour with a balcony was a matter of principle for me. Manager Alyona said that everything was "captured." How captured, it became clear in practice :) I got my number after a couple of bickering, although there was only a name from the balcony :) It's enough to dry things and that's it. The view is really good, towards the mountains and the sunrise. The room itself is a good place to spend the night, but no more. The toilet and shower are not something that are combined, you will literally wash in the toilet bowl. There is very little space. Such banal things as a garbage bag and soap need to be asked for. The breakfasts are very tasty, hearty, and not monotonous. If you ask, they will make you coffee in the turk in the morning (which I used all my vacation). The territory is nice, the pool is clean, the water in it is cool, which is very good in the heat. The hostess is a very pleasant woman, always responded to my questions, was not rude. It sounds like it's already clear, but after reading various reviews, I decided it was worth mentioning. By location. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot from the guest house to the bus station, no more than 15 minutes to the market, and 3 minutes to the sea. I will immediately identify the beach in this part of Kobuleti. The embankment is much more beautiful than in the center, there are a lot fewer people and a lot of locals. There is also a wholesale store nearby where you can buy wine and other beverages at a lower price than in other places. The guest house also has a washing machine and provides powder, which is also nice. There are a lot of locals in the area who "go outside" in the evening. Children scream, and adults don't communicate quietly either. To fall asleep is a whole quest. While in Kobuleti, will I stay in this guest house? Definitely not. Would I recommend it to someone? Only if they are pensioners who don't really care where to live.

ALESYA FYODOROVNA's review. SCREWED UP!!!!! This hotel can be briefly called a shit hotel.IT'S ALL SHIT. THE WALLS ARE MADE OF WOOD (OLD CLAPBOARD). GRANDMA (the owner OF the hotel) SAVES ON EVERYTHING!!!!!!!THE MAIN THING IS TO CUT DOWN THE MONEY FROM YOU!!!!!!!On the second floor, everything is made of wood. The toilet is shared for 10 rooms . and + there is no clothes dryer. As the review says before me that the Wi-Fi is good , it's not so here the Wi-Fi is only on the second floor there is a broken router and you need to sit under it at least so that you can properly contact your relatives , if you are in your room , then the Wi-Fi will not catch at all . But we lived on the 3rd floor, which was later completed. Well , it 's newer , there 's no lining . we lived in the seventh room, where the floor is filled with cement , not fugue, and the mattresses on the beds dig into your body .The refrigerator stank of rotten eggs. Now about the shower room in this (and will also be in other 99% rooms) room. THERE'S FUNGUS EVERYWHERE AND YOU HAVE TO WASH IN THE SHALES. THE WATER PRESSURE IS VERY WEAK. THE TOILET IS HALF BROKEN. You will be given towels and they are rusty (there are stains on them; they must have been about 3 years old). There is also a balcony. The tiles on it are broken and the railing is rusty. The ceiling was full of holes . And the air conditioner is not working well. I would have taken a photo of the room, but we were evicted (we are going to leave; we are waiting for the bus about this later) so I will take a photo of the second floor of the corridor. The shared kitchen is on the ground floor, on the first day my grandmother fed me tortillas, and then some kind of cold shit food. There is one in the courtyard. the pool, but it's sooooo dirty. there are also two armchairs, but they are broken and someone did not fix them throughout the rest (at that time). THE ARABS WILL BE MAKING NOISE AT NIGHT (THE GRANDMOTHERS ARE THE OWNERS OF THE SONS) NOW THE TOURISTS ARE HYSTERICAL BECAUSE THEIR GRANDMOTHER PUT THEM IN A SHIT-ROOM, ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING HERE IS SHIT-ROOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRANDMA EVICTS EVERYONE AT 12:00 AND WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE BUS FOR ABOUT 10 HOURS. IN SHORT, THE GRANDMOTHER SAVES FOR EVERYONE TO SAVE UP FOR HER SON'S LEXUS. THIS IS THE WORST SHIT OF ALL SHIT!!!!!!!!I sympathize with all the tourists who came here!!!!!?ALL THE TOURISTS WHO COME HERE ARE UNHAPPY!!!!! DON'T BELIEVE IN SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT THIS HOTEL, IT'S JUST LIKE THAT IN THE PICTURES, DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT I MADE!!!!!!!!! Here's a photo(Not all photos )
