Be careful, applicants and partners! I strongly do not recommend this company for employment. I was faced with an extremely unfair attitude from the management: the promised base salary of 100,000 was not paid, and the time worked was not calculated. The main problems: Lack of official registration: An employment contract is not entered into intentionally in order to avoid legal liability. Non-fulfillment of financial obligations: Payment arrangements are ignored, even the minimum amounts are not paid. Toxic atmosphere: Constant unreasonable control (they require reporting for every minute, including lunch and personal time). Unprofessional working methods: Training boils down to deceiving customers — they are forced to lie about the presence of customers who are not there. All expenses for the employee: Communication, travel and office are not paid, despite the absence of a salary. HR and management behave arrogantly, devalue employee offers and set unrealistic plans (closing deals on the first day). Don't waste your time and effort on a company with such a dubious reputation. Look for places that comply with labor laws.
