An excellent complex has everything: a swimming pool, a gym, a barbecue, slides, a playground, and a table tennis table, the only disadvantages are that the lights can be turned off for a couple of seconds or a couple of minutes

I really liked the complex. We lived in 1+1 on the 13th floor. It's a great view. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Sauna, hammam, Turkish bath 3 times a week. Everything is in the complex. On November 1, the indoor pool was flooded. The complex is guarded, so everything is just fine. I definitely recommend it!

We spend the summer with the whole family in this residential complex. Everything is great. The pool is cool. Convenient location. Clear. Very kind staff. The neighbors are wonderful
