Pavel is a very pleasant and polite administrator, always in touch and helps to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. The hotel has no strict time limits for check-in and check-out, which helps a lot to adjust your schedule for arrival and departure! The room is clean, spacious and cozy. There is everything you need. There is a space with a shared kitchen, sofas where you can cook/warm up ready meals, relax and have lunch. All necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils are available. There is a TV with Internet access, free wi-fi. In the evenings it is very quiet, peaceful and cozy. The most pleasant experience after staying here!

We stayed at the Alba Hotel from May 1 to May 3, 2026. Conveniently located, Lenin Square is a 12-15 minute walk away. A pedestrian zone begins from Lenin Square - Sovetskaya Street, which is visited by all visitors to Grodno. A hotel for a comfortable stay when visiting the city. There are enough parking spaces for the car. The hotel is located in a residential area with low-rise buildings. Nearby there is a cafe and a shop of the EuroOpt chain. The hotel gives the impression of having just been built, although it has been operating for a year. Everything from the entrance to the shower room is thought out for visitors. If you have any questions, Pavel solves them at any time. Pavel is both the owner and the administrator. Call, ask, clarify - and he will answer and find the right solution. I will not write about the city: everything is written in reviews and guidebooks, but you need to explore any city with your own feet, and in Grodno there is a place to do it. Conclusion: if we come to Grodno again, we will look for other options or call Pavel - the only answer is to CALL Pavel and stay at the Alba hotel.

The apartments are modern and cozy. Almost everything has been thought out. There are plenty of outlets, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is nice. The repair is fresh, even six months after the first review on Yandex. Everything is clean and tidy. We checked in after 6 pm. And after a pleasant conversation with Pavel, everything happened remotely - a very modern approach, even made a small discount. It looks like we were alone in the entire apartment hotel.
