I'm writing a review so that no one else gets bored with the experience we had. This was the third trip of this transfer. The third time, everything went wrong. On the day of departure from the hotel, an hour before the scheduled arrival time of the car, we were informed that the car had changed. They sent me a photo with the numbers. And our duty was to arrive at 11:30. There is no one waiting. I wrote to the organizer, but there is no response. As a result, at 11:45 a.m. we started interviewing all the cars. It turned out that one of them, with different numbers, was ours. The driver didn't get out, and no one told us anything. We loaded up in a hurry, we say, we need to go urgently. The driver slowly began to transfer the water bottles from the trunk to the passenger compartment. And then we realized that he didn't understand English at all. As a result, we left at 11:52 a.m. and stopped at 11:53 a.m. We're standing on the side of the road. We knock on the driver, he can't explain anything. I am writing to the organizer. They say that there are two of us, you need to pay an additional $ 20. When booking, no one asked how many people there would be. It turns out that the reservation is not for a car, but for the number of people. We say we will pay extra. Let's go with grief. The air conditioner doesn't work in the car. Well, we are no longer in the position of the chooser. So we lost half an hour. We arrived, I have $ 100 and the previously prepared $45. Due to the additional payment, the new amount is $65. The driver doesn't have change. I suggest you take $45 and pay the rest online. He grabbed my $100 and ran away. As a result, there is no Wi-Fi, I cannot write to the organizer. The driver comes running, yelling that there is no change, that it's time for him to go. I say give me the Wi-Fi to write to the organizer. He's running away again. He came running about 10 minutes later with a torn bill. No one changes the type. But the bill was intact when I gave it to him, that's for sure, it was recently withdrawn from an ATM. We say, let's go to the airport, there's Wi-Fi. He's yelling again, it's just not adequate. As a result, I managed to contact the organizer. I paid online. I took my torn $100. But the inability to communicate ruined everything. We are faced with aggression and stupidity. And what should I do with the torn $100 now? I wrote to the organizer about our dissatisfaction. In response, they received a stupid explanation that drivers are not allowed to enter the hotel. Nonsense. Other drivers got in easily. And anyone can come in. Just excuses. As a result, no apologies, or even just read the messages. We were just ignored. Because of this service, now I don't even want to go to Turkey. Terrible organization and indifference after paying for the service.
