The most important thing is that the owner of the institution does not care about tourists on booking - crowds of locals are bussed to him according to the state program, and therefore individual tourists do not bother him at all. We traveled around Jordan with a guide whom we found ourselves, we booked hotels on our own, focusing on reviews and ratings. We originally booked a Deluxe tent, and on the spot we upgraded to a room with a panoramic view. The rooms all turned out to be patched, there were no shelves in the toilet to put cosmetics (although the holes were preserved), the shower doors did not close, the towel hooks in the rooms were torn out by the roots, the decor fell off in places - only glue remained. And because of the panoramic plastic, there is a persistent unpleasant smell in the room. In the evening, a scandal broke out behind our backs - the locals began to "divide" us. Despite the fact that we travel with our guide and ordered a jeep tour through the desert through him the next day (and even managed to get to know this driver), the camp staff made a scandal and aggressively forbade him to pick us up the next day, since they have their own lured jeeps. At the same time, the camp contacted us in advance, specified the time of arrival, but did not offer its own excursion programs. No one asked for our opinion. Thanks to our guide, he was able to resolve the situation in the end In the camp, we ordered camels to meet the dawn in the morning, but in the morning there was no one in the camp and we went on foot to look for the dawn ourselves. When we returned, we were given a whole bucket of noodles about the fact that the camel driver's mother had died, and they were looking for a replacement for us all night (there are no camels in the off-season?!). At the same time, no one came in the morning to tell us not to wait In the evening, our driver came to pick up the suitcases, but THEY WERE NOT GIVEN BACK, allegedly we did not pay.
