The advantages are good food, at home. The service staff is polite and friendly. I would especially like to mention the doctor, the girls Zhanerke, Zhansai, Asem and Eleanor at the reception. There is a polite staff in the dining room. Not far from Terenkur on the Malaya Almaatinka river, it's good to walk in the evening. Cons-few, VERY few medical procedures, no air conditioning in the rooms, yellow bed linen with stains.

A good sanatorium for recreation, but there is a small selection of procedures for treatment. The location in the mountainous area of the city makes it possible to breathe the cleanest air. The rooms are clean, cozy and renovated. The food is excellent, a very wide range of dishes, delicious at home. The children and I were satisfied. The staff is very polite and friendly. I recommend it to everyone
