Cafe in the area of the tourist complex Abylai. Delicious and satisfying food. Large portions. The prices are adequate. They cook quickly. The service is excellent.

So, we planned to stay for 4 days. When leaving Astana, I called the hotel in advance and warned that we would be there after 21 hours. But when we arrived in the evening after 9 p.m., no one was waiting for us. At first, we were looking for an entrance in the pouring rain, because no one answered the hotel's phone. When the long-awaited door to the hotel finally opened, a woman was sitting at the reception, not paying attention to us at all, just minding her own business. After a while, they gave me the wrong room that I had booked. After finally checking into the right room, there was nothing listed on the website! The woman at the reception was extremely unhappy that I was bothering her with my requests and questions. In the morning, there was no announced breakfast, which was the last straw and the reason for departure. The terminal didn't work, like everything else, so I had to pay by transfer. We go to a lot of places, so I can say with confidence that this is a solid unit!
