We visited the Aqua Paradise swimming pool on July 7, 2025. Unfortunately, the impressions were extremely unpleasant. The water in the pool was cold and it was uncomfortable to swim, especially for children who quickly froze. The reception staff showed complete indifference, did not even try to help or politely answer questions. I would like to mention the guards separately — the behavior was rude and unfriendly, the feeling that you were not on vacation, but under suspicion. It's a pity, because the place could have been good, but the attitude towards visitors and the conditions clearly require revision. We hope the administration will take action.
