We are extending the subscription solely thanks to the work of coach Ivan. Our baby is special, Ivan feels the baby and the baby is moving forward in acquiring skills. All possible stars that can be given to the coach) We are very grateful for the work. An unpleasant disadvantage for us is the complicated procedure of signing up for classes. Administrative work with writing in a notebook in the 21st century, in which administrators themselves get confused, spoils the impression greatly.. One administrator gives time on an ongoing basis, and the next administrator says that this time is occupied by another child. And again, the confusion with flipping through the pages in the notebook. And again we review our time and the time of other activities. We leave a request for the time that is busy, as we are told. A week later, new visitors buy out the subscription for this time. I would really like the administrative process to correspond to the level of the coaches' work with the children. We hope that this will be the case, and this is just our experience. Thank you.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the pool for the excellent conditions and positive attitude . My son attends classes with great pleasure , the coaches are professionals in their field💪 Finally, we found individual training sessions, and even in an individual pool. My son loves water very much, and while he swims, I enjoy a few minutes of silence and drink coffee) We have already bought our third subscription, and I can say with confidence that we will buy more. We will definitely keep going and recommend this pool to everyone.

We attended a trial session at the Shark pool on Umanskaya Street. The receptionist is a polite, friendly girl. Everything was explained, shown and helped where needed. I liked Instructor Alexander too. The child (2 months old) did not cry or get scared.Everything is quite positive. We bought a subscription after the visit. However, there is only one caveat. If this pool positions itself as a pool for infants, then why is there no ramp!!! Having health problems after giving birth, drag a stroller with a 2-month-old baby up the stairs under a canopy in the rain... the task with the asterisk is of course. We bought a subscription, but we will explore other options nearby because of this nuance.
