If you are short of funds, this may be a good budget accommodation option in the historical center of the Turkish part of Nicosia (Lefkosía, Lefkoşa). There are rooms with a shared shower (windows facing the street), there are rooms with their own (windows facing the courtyard). Unfortunately, both are noisy - the neighbor's pump (?) is noisy in the yard all night. The setting is very simple and Spartan. Breakfast is a boiled egg, a piece of bread with butter, tea/coffee. But for such (or close) price (15/25 euros/night in low season) there is simply nothing else to find in the center of Nicosia. The boarding house is correctly plotted on the Open Street Maps map, and on booking.com - wrong.
