One of the best hotels in the region, if not the most. The most helpful staff, from meeting the guests to the coaches in the gym. They are smiling, they try to help in everything. The hotel is new and very quiet. There is no music at night, but there is a closed soundproof club where you can listen to live music, because silence is important to me. There are bicycles, you can ride around a huge area. In some places, further away from the main, additional camps are being built, but this is not heard or seen. I would like to note that the hotel is made with style and design. It's not just bright and beautiful, it has a Soft Minimal style combined with Organic Modern, and I understand the architect's idea for the interior to be a continuation of the landscape outside the window. The boundary between "inside" and "outside" is as blurred as possible. The food here is a separate song. The number of restaurants here is incalculable and the lack of queues even in the main restaurant is proof of this, all the people are neatly scattered throughout all the restaurants. This is the ultimate aerobatics of hotel management, it is called "smart zoning" of flows. When people are so scattered, the noise level drops significantly. You can chat calmly at the table and not shout over the clink of plates. And the trick of this is specially divided cuisines (Aegean, Mediterranean, international), so that every day you have a quest "where to go today", and not "the same thing again". I will add a review on the trip, here I tried to briefly express the essence of what I saw. Thanks to everyone, from the cleaners and the technicians with the waiters to the hotel management.

Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал,хорошие большие номера,отличная уборка,еда разнообразная . Отель большой и нет ощущения скопления людей в одной локации. Но самый главный минус-это пляж,семейный с мелкой галькой,буквально на 15-20 лежаков. Пляж 16+ песчаный,есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Логистика между локациями на электро карах,всё очень оперативно,не приходится ждать. Если бы не пляжи,отелю можно смело ставить 5+. Отдельно хотел бы дополнить отзыв о Surf Base ,находящейся ниже ресторана Инжир,рядом с семейным пляжем: сотрудники сёрф клуба русско говорящие,максимально тактичные и максимально профессиональные,тренер доносит всю информацию без лишней воды,всё по существу.

Hello, I would like to start my review by thanking our travel agent Anastasia and the management of the Akra Hotel!;) My husband and I are currently staying at this hotel! We give an excellent rating ! I would like to note the highest level of service, although we initially had concerns about this, since the hotel had just opened. Excellent work of bars, kitchens, room cleaning, guest relief ! The hotel has a very stylish design, a large and beautiful territory and, of course, a spa! There are many pleasant surprises in the room, by the way, the room itself is actually better and more spacious than in the photo! Among the disadvantages: there is a slight noise, as well as the process of landscaping and finishing the villas, but we understand that this is a concomitant factor of any new hotel. We will return 100% here and boldly recommend it to those who like a relaxing, stylish, high-quality spa vacation!
