This place pleasantly surprised with its natural beauty and cozy atmosphere. The territory is clean, well-groomed, lots of greenery, which creates a sense of privacy and tranquility. In general, the Akzhol recreation center is a great place for a family vacation, meeting with friends or just a short break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I'd love to come back here again!

Disgusting staff work! When asked to make accounting documents, the chief accountant was rude and behaved as if I was not paying her money, but she was paying me. No apologies were received from the administration, although the administrator was told about the accountant's unacceptable treatment. Two rooms were rented for 3 days at 25,000 (day/room). You have to pay almost 100% of the ticket price for the pool. The sauna is paid. Date of stay from 28.06 - 30.06.2025

It's a good place to relax. The kitchen is on fire. The rooms are shiny. The linen is stale. The hammam is fiery. The bass is fabulous, especially the heated water. A remote place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
