We were in Uralsk for the first time and stayed in a wonderful place, very polite staff, a great place to relax with children, heated pools, playgrounds, a beautiful and cozy restaurant, everything in this base is thought out to the smallest detail, and most importantly, everything is very clean everywhere!!! We will definitely come with more children! Thank you to the staff for their care and hospitality!!!

I liked the hotel. As an option to spend the night before departure or upon arrival, it's generally great. The price includes breakfast, by the way, the kitchen is excellent, and breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The rooms are clean, everything is there (bathrobe, slippers, toiletries). The staff is friendly and attentive. We are satisfied with the rest. I advise you to visit.
