We chose this sanatorium based on the recommendations of friends who had been here before, but either they had been here a long time or they had messed up something. We couldn't even get off the road and spend the night, we moved out after a couple of hours. Not only that, but everywhere dirty furniture from the garbage dump and cockroaches. Just a terrible attitude towards the guests. The rooms are dirty, dusty, not really cleaned. On the day of arrival, we were horrified by the room (junior suite): there was someone's hair everywhere, dust on the floor, someone left their mark in the sink, a smelly and dirty curtain in the shower. We had to wash everything ourselves, the foam in the sink had already turned gray from dirt. Two stars only because of the kitchen and the normal staff. It is clear that the administration does not care about everyone. Buy at least one vacuum cleaner for your poor cleaners! Akshadan olgender. Half of the devices are not working, which is why you sit in line for an hour, and your poor employees listen to patients' complaints all day long. Masseuses also fuck off: they record and don't come, or let others through. The mattresses in the rooms are already sagging, it is impossible to sleep, my back hurts.
