I am very unhappy with this hostel and the staff's attitude towards customers. They act based on the customer's pocketbook. I was left outside in the rain without warning. I wanted to complain to the administrator and find out the reason, but that idiot at the reception called the security guards. In my opinion, this is unfair and such places of visit should be punishable by law and subject to inspection.

Отличный аккуратный хостел , мне понравилось номера чистые просторные с хорошей вентиляцией , и самое хорошее удобное местоположение,рядом есть все , есть все принадлежности в общем понравилось советую всем , и я бы отметил администратора ресепшена Арслена молодой перспективный, вежливый человек. Очень хорошо подробно объясняет обо всем , вкратце отлично выполняет свои обязательства!

Great hostel. There is everything you need. The hostel is very clean. There were two of us in the room, there is a place for suitcases, there is a chiffonier and a shelf by the bed. Just great!!! Breakfast is included in the price. There is a beautifully decorated cafe in the lobby. At least drink tea, coffee, sugar! The administrators are very caring. I would like to express my special gratitude to Aisulu, this beautiful girl helped me move and navigate around Bishkek. I highly recommend the hostel. The location is also a top.
