The beach is a 3-4-minute quiet walk away, the hotel is on a very quiet street, a completely fenced small area, with constant security! The territory is very well maintained, cozy, lots of shade, beautiful plants, a small swimming pool, everything is very clean. Friendly girls at the reception, the owner himself constantly goes and checks everything! The renovation is simple, the furniture is simple, but the mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen is of high quality, there is air conditioning in each room, refrigerator, kettle, TV! The price of the stay included breakfast, the hotel has its own small dining room, the choice of breakfast is small and the same, but the cook, a Georgian woman, cooks very tasty! (Personal recommendation of her casserole)) There is only one drawback: Wi-Fi in the rooms is almost not available anywhere, but the reception is good on the balconies of the rooms and throughout the territory! I really liked the price/quality ratio!

We stayed at this hotel last October. The impressions were very pleasant. A small hotel, clean, enclosed courtyard with a warm pool, delicious breakfasts (they only took breakfast, but you can also have lunch and dinner), the staff is polite. In general, there were no problems, everything was solved simply and quickly. We had a 2-room room with a balcony, as there were five of us, but everyone was very comfortably accommodated. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!
