If you have a motorcycle or moped, the system simply does not work, there is no number in front, and there is no way to count the number in the back. As a result, you, as the owner, may not be able to access your own parking lot. I contacted support, and instead of a solution, they suggested that every time I wanted to enter my own parking lot, I should call and ask for the gates to be opened remotely. Seriously!?😀 An absolutely inadequate and uncomfortable crutch. At the same time, alternatives are not even considered. For example, there is no reaction to the offer to use the remote control, they sent us to deal with the management company on our own. What we have: the problem is known, there is no normal solution, and there is no desire on the part of the developer to look for it either. I recommend clarifying in advance how the system works in different scenarios, otherwise you risk being left with a one-on-one problem.
