To begin with, it is very good that there are large chain hotels in Shymkent, where you can count on a certain level of service. We had a family vacation, six of us, booked 4 rooms. One of the rooms (618) did not have air conditioning. The number was replaced only after presenting proof that there are rooms available on the booking. In the second room 301, the ventilation in the bathroom was infernally noisy, with the door closed, it was less audible, but nevertheless. The hotel itself is located at the intersection, and with the windows open, you can clearly hear the road. The rooms themselves are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, a large shower cabin in the bathroom - from the point of view of space organization, the hotel is well organized. Good breakfasts, which, however, were overshadowed by the sounds of videos that lonely business travelers listen to on their phones. There are large tables here for a large company, so it was convenient for us. There is a supermarket and a shopping center nearby. There is a bus stop nearby, where dozens of bus routes stop.

I was celebrating my birthday. I flew from Almaty to a friend. I stayed in a suite with a hammam. I sleep incredibly well. I liked the breakfast, coffee, juices were available. The restaurant had a beautiful lunch service, there were practically no people, we sat with our daughter so well. There was a construction site nearby, but it was not audible, which pleases. The room service and condition are lame. I asked for a room for two and got one for one. After the call to the reception, everything that was missing was brought in a package. The rain shower was broken. The faucet in the sink is skewed. Otherwise, it's good. Parking at the hotel is free and convenient. The breakfast is delicious.
