It's a nice workout. The prices are adequate, the staff is good, I can't say for sure about the coaches, because I train without a coach. There is a boiler with water, a normal locker room, 2 showers and a toilet. The simulators are good, but there's still nowhere to turn around. I want to point out some of the abs, for example, that used to flip over easily, which is why it's scary to move. According to observations, this has already been fixed with one. The boxing area upset me, I was hoping (too optimistically) for a small 3-by-3-meter ring or a mat area, and there was just 1 pear in front of the mirrors, on the passage to the men's locker room. They give delicious sweets at the reception

A good gym: new gym equipment, plenty of space, individual lockers in the wardrobe, two shower cabins (at least in the men's half)). There are a lot of people, but you don't have to wait long (maybe during rush hour otherwise)). As for me, the only drawback is the lack of a jump rope to warm up.

It's a great gym! Everything is brand new and clean, the administrators are very nice girls, and the coaches really know their stuff! There are bonuses for the holidays, it was nice to come in on March 8th and get a tulip!
