Of course, if you dig into the smallest details or national peculiarities, provoke people to negativity, you will get the same thing in return. This is the only difference between the "service" in this country, no one will tolerate you! - 2. Someone gets a "mountain view", and someone sees only "chicken coops" there - with the same number ...)) 3. Offer on price and quality. It's silly to compare three stars in Barcelona and New Athos. It's just the best ratio I've ever seen. Our vacation was great! We'll be happy to come back again. ------- I will add it from 05/2025 ! someone writes that the food is tasteless or poisoned. The food is great: fresh and rich with good ingredients, real homemade food, made with love. And soup, and compote, and pickles, and vegetables. Meat and/or fish every evening. Every morning and evening there are new fresh pastries, many thanks to the housewives for a satisfying vacation! they doubted whether to go again, reading the reviews, saying the hotel had deteriorated. We were not mistaken, this time we took a suite on the mountains - everything is clean, everything is working, there are 0 complaints about cleaning! Good luck to the hotel, they are obviously trying to keep the brand.

We stayed at the hotel in early September 2025, with a child. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, and the interior is very stylish. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed every day as well. I want to mention especially the food, it was all very tasty and varied at home! The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea and attractions (waterfalls, cathedral and church, cable car, etc. all within walking distance). The beach is equipped with a shower and changing rooms. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for a fee. Towels for the beach were given to us at the reception and changed according to need. The embankment near the hotel is full of greenery and mountains, very atmospheric for walking! There are many cafes and restaurants. There's a market nearby! The disadvantage is that standard rooms do not have balconies, only large windows with railings, but they are convenient for drying clothes. So I recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/30/2025 to 09/10/2025. We lived on the third floor in a standard room without a balcony. The room is a normal size for two people. The shower room is large. High ceilings. There is a carpet on the floor. Sockets on each side of the bed and under the TV. The furniture is very shabby))) The mattress is good, not wrinkled, but the pillows are terrible- small and hard. I really missed the closet with hangers in the hallway. You walk into the room and there's nowhere to hang your jacket or bag. The room had no balcony, so there were difficulties with drying things. There is a portable dryer. I had to open the window and put the dryer on, things dried for a long time, because it was wet. There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom. It is better not to leave the window open at night, there are a lot of mosquitoes. During the day, there was smoke from the cafe around the corner. Upon check-in, two bottles of water, tea, coffee drink, sugar (there is a kettle in the room), as well as soap accessories are provided. Toilet paper was replenished constantly. Garbage removal daily. Towels were changed every day, bed linen once every four days without a reminder. Now about nutrition. The breakfasts are monotonous: two porridges, one with milk (changed every day), millet, rice, semolina, the second - oatmeal on water. Omelet or fried eggs, grits or pasta. Some kind of pastry. There's a real problem with baking: a casserole with too much semolina in it, pancakes that float in butter and are faded inside, or a dry sponge cake. Always cheese, ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled vegetables. There were also fruits for breakfast- watermelon, melon, apples, oranges. Not all at once, but changed about once every two days. Instant coffee only (the coffee shop nearby was very helpful. Delicious coffee and delicious desserts). The dinners were more varied and tastier. The soups are different every day and the broth is chicken. Baked chicken, stuffed peppers, cutlets, pork with vegetables, baked vegetables, macaroni or bulgur, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce with mayonnaise or butter and pastries. The location of the hotel is very convenient. All the sights are nearby. There are many canteens and cafes around. The sea is across the highway via an underpass. but!!! There is a river next to the hotel. And they really pour all sorts of filth into it. Including from this hotel. In the heat, the aroma from the river is even worse. We went swimming away from the hotel. The review turned out to be long, but I hope it will help someone with the choice of a hotel.
