The construction is going very fast. It's just awful how fast. Everything else leaves much to be desired, the organization of work is disgusting, the amount of lunch is such that the work is questioned) you need to get used to it. Organization of transport for three, canteen for three. It's nice that they give water to the staff. Neglect of labor protection, sometimes they go without helmets. I understand that this country has its own mentality, but safety is safety:(
