Nice clean airport, regular flights to Istanbul, 1.5 hour flight. It's about an hour's drive from the Georgian border, and the bus stops almost at the airport entrance.

It was a small, cozy airport, and there weren't many people when we arrived and left. We registered quickly enough. The navigation is clear, everything you need is there. The bus stop is 500 meters from the airport, quite convenient.

Very smooth staff at the check-in desks, few seats in the waiting rooms. The arrivals and departures board is small and uninformative. There was a commotion at the entrance to the terminal, the taxi driver could not park, jumped out and paid running from the second row.
