After two years of work, there is still something to strive for. The building was built during the Soviet era (1976). As of 05/09/2026, there is no elevator or escalator to the second floor (departure area), take the car directly to the top. There are two check-in counters, but due to the small number of passengers, there are still enough of them. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The inspection area is scanty, they are allowed in turn, which is controlled by one of the "specialists" of the inspection. They're checking your bags while you're waiting for flight screening. It's a very pleasant airport. It's not big, but that's a plus: there are no queues, the staff are fast and polite. The whole procedure, both after landing and takeoff, was quick and trouble-free. Plenty of waiting space, WiFi, free water

The airport is a great monument to the Soviet era. The renovation is in the appropriate style, but everything is intact and in good condition. The airport building itself is always perfectly clean, as are the toilets. The air conditioner is working, so it's always nice to be in the building during the hot season. There are quite a lot of seats for those waiting for the plane. There is a good cafe with reasonable prices for the airport. It is very convenient that the 76C city bus route has been created, which can always conveniently get here from Brest and back. The airport actually has a lot of potential, as Brest is a very cool city :)
