It's a terrible office! We were traveling from Simferopol to Stakhanov on 28.08.2025. The ticket was booked two weeks in advance. But there were no seats!!! Two people were left in a strange city at the train station at 21:30. What to do??? The logistics are terrible! They didn't warn you about anything! Question: What do you do? What is your competence? The dispatcher blames the carriers for all questions. He says they have nothing to do with it. And who is guilty? Then why does your office exist at all if you are not fulfilling your main tasks? What do you do then???

This is the first time we 've encountered such a disgusting company !!! You indicate that your buses are comfortable, equipped with TV, wi-fi, air conditioning ... the TVs did not work either on 12/28/24 or 7.01.25!!! There was no Wi- Fi either . The drivers brazenly waved off that everything was working for them . But half of the passengers who only had a telephone connection had to sit without a sayaz before passing through the checkpoint!!! Before you engage in passenger transportation!!! Learn how to provide reliable information about your buses. After all, there is always a choice , and we definitely won 't choose your company anymore !!
