This is not a gym where you can come and work out in peace. I thought I'd get used to it, but no, it didn't work out in 3 months. Why don't I recommend going to this gym: - The locker rooms are cramped, it's some kind of super skill to put a bunch of boxes and still be cramped. - There are queues at the exercise machines, there is no way to get into the free weights area at all. Many simulators are very tired. - Sometimes the music in the hall is so loud that even your own headphones can't always handle it. - The filter in the drinking water tap has not been changed for more than six months. - The gym is ridiculously dirty, and it's scary to pick up mats at all. - Admins don't care what happens in the gym. You're lying under a barbell, and someone's kids might be running around. - Showers are a different story. It's dirty, there's no pressure, the plumbing itself is dead. It is clear that there is not much to expect for such a price. But I would prefer more expensive, but better quality.

Guys, so far 5. Few people. There are many interesting simulators. It's fresh, there's a lot of air. Nice locker rooms. There is already a protein bar with a good Usn brand. There is an action on cream. Of the disadvantages, which I ask you to pay attention to: 1. Socks are wet, as there are not even simple EVA mats in the locker room in winter. 2. The water in the shower takes a very long time to return to normal temperature. 3. The shoulder simulator (where you spread the handles apart while sitting) is very uncomfortable in biomechanics and much worse than in other gyms. The same goes for the butterfly on the chest, questionable biomechanics. 4. Some bench press bars are not balanced. I ran into at least one today. 5. One more dumbbell row is missing! The population density there is already high.

A large cool gym, a very comfortable locker room with a cool shower (separate cabins), a coffee point right in the gym area. A great variety of exercise equipment. According to the trainers, I immediately took a workout with Vitaly, a wonderful specialist, with a super adequate approach, respectful attitude and maximum involvement in the client's request (since there are specifics of health training, this is an especially valuable thing) I highly recommend working with him if you plan to visit the gym for a long time.
