Absolutely without glamour and fashion trends!No electronic meters, just iron, benches and free weights. Classic kettlebells, barbells, and free weights—nothing “smart" or newfangled. There are also excellent branded ellipsoids and True treadmills. The owners and coaches appreciated not the coolness of the interior, but the work on the result and the atmosphere of a real rocking chair without "gloss". I give you guys full respect!

Favorite gym 💪🏻❤ With a charging atmosphere! I've been to many halls, and only here did I really want to stay! Clear! Simple! Stylish! It's like being at home! I went to group training for a year -1.5 in total, then coach Dina worked in the mornings.Everything was fine until she joined Evo, then she went to Anya, at that time a novice trainer, who switched to Lifestyle and I followed her there, where there is an unlimited subscription and various trainers.Other coaches didn't "come in" to me, now someone new is working there.But the hall is small, there used to be a lot of people, but there was nowhere to sit and we couldn't breathe-that was when they were selling a subscription in Slivki promotions.If you walk around the house and twice a week, then it is normal.

There is little room in the gym, and in the evening there is pandemonium around the gym, and in general, there is often a concentration of trainers and fans chatting with them at the end of the hall near specific simulators. The lockers with magnetic bracelets are almost always 90% occupied, and the lockers with ordinary keys are narrow and uncomfortable, I don't have pockets in my shorts, I don't take my phone with me and I constantly have to carry the key with me! The receptionists at the reception are a special pleasure, they are rude and God forbid they will say hello through their teeth every other time, it seems that you come to their house.. I gave two stars only because of Tatiana at the reception, she is always attentive, smiling and polite! The cherry on the cake is the trainer's dog brought into the gym, I really love dogs, but when a dog comes from a wet street and climbs onto the sofa where the guests are sitting in clean clothes, as for me it's already too much.. In general, work on the service not for the instagram picture, but for real!

Last night I visited this gym for the first time, before that I studied in Gym24, there were never any problems with the administrators) Here at the reception they were met rather unpleasantly ... all questions were answered reluctantly, we had to drag out every word, the time of arrival in the hall was completely different, the sediment from the visit remained unpleasant, although I liked the trial training (the administrator did not let me in and threatened to cancel the subscription). The service blocked all the positive aspects of visiting the hall. Please consider this issue.

There is no soap in the men's room and shower during 10 classes, although there was a request to pour it. 3. The equipment is too old, the hall is worn out. 4. The receptionists are not always friendly. 5. There is no place to warm up, you are always in the way of someone. 6. It is difficult to approach the main cable simulator, there is a constant queue. 7. There is no pear in the public domain. 8. They often give lockers next to people who came together, although there are free locker rooms on the other side. 9. Parking is difficult.

I work out personally with coach Anatoly Terekhin - a true professional in my field. In six months, I managed to lose weight and noticeably improve my body shape. I became stronger and more resilient. Anatoly makes every workout varied so that you don't get bored, take care that everything is done correctly and without harm to your health. He is also a certified nutritionist and gives me advice on proper nutrition in order to achieve my goals. Well, in general, training is always fun - you can always chat along the way and go to the gym not as a job, but as a vacation for the benefit of yourself and your body.

I am an engineer by profession. Over time, like many people who lead a sedentary lifestyle, I began to suffer from severe pain in the lumbar region and thoracic back. It was absolutely unbearable to work. After long trips to various rehabilitation centers, which did not give any result, fortunately, a year ago I got to classes with coach Ilya Rybinsky. And that was my best decision. After a few months of training, I forgot about the back pain. From the word at all! The workouts immediately surprised me with their variety and atmosphere in the gym, which motivates you to try and train further. The excess weight that had been haunting me all my life was finally a thing of the past, along with back pain. Now I am the proud owner of the best posture in my life. A year ago, I could not imagine that I would go through such a path from back pain to registration for my first half marathon! The simulators are all old. But there is no alternative nearby. The prices do not correspond to the institution. The same Gym24 is a head taller and cheaper, but it is not nearby ...
