We had a family vacation at the hotel in mid-June. It took almost 2 hours to get from the airport. We checked in in 5 minutes, because we arrived after 23:00. The room is spacious, on the 2nd floor, three beds, one 2-bedroom and 1.5-bedroom, the closet is open, spacious. Everything worked in the bathroom, I lowered the rating of the hotel for air conditioning, because our air conditioner smelled damp when turned on and we didn't turn it on at night, and during the day with an open balcony only. It was June, we slept with an open balcony, while it was fresher at night, if we arrived later, it would have become a problem. There are no noisy clubs and bars in the area where the hotel is located, it was important for us, that's why we chose the hotel here. It was quiet on our floor, so I can't assess the audibility, but people from the first floor were swearing at noisy British people who make noise at night and it's impossible to sleep. But this is the case in almost all hotels, you can always hear everything through the doors. There are bars and clubs all along the embankment and the main street, and it can be very noisy at night. It's a quiet corner, just up from the main street. The place is very good, a free piece of beach, just across the street to the right, there are about 8-10 umbrellas, but the water in June was not too warm at 23 degrees and we did not stay long by the sea, so it did not matter to us whether we had a free umbrella or not. And so Marmaris is more for parties, if you want to relax on the beach, then either a hotel with its own beach, or you buy drinks from a cafe and they give you a sunbed. The beach is narrow, everything is occupied everywhere by sun beds. I consider the food in a 3* hotel to be normal, we were never hungry, but breakfast sometimes made us sad, there was very little choice, although we always found something to eat. Lunch and dinner are more fun, there was fish a couple of times, once it was trout. The bar is not bad, the two girls work perfectly from 10 to 23, they left tips every time. There is a cocktail bar menu, convenient. Ice cream for lunch and dinner is free, but they rarely took it, they ate too much before it, it didn't fit, but it was lemon for a couple of days, they couldn't resist)) Access to tea, coffee, juices and water is always open. A delicious meringue was served in a coffee break, as well as liver or a cupcake. I think the place is good, it takes about 50 minutes to get to the center and to Icmeler. We walked both ways. The minibus costs 40 liras per person. The lira to the ruble in June 2025 was 0:45. Dollar 38.5. Rubles can be exchanged at the exchanger, on the way towards the center of min 3. I think that the hotel deserves its 3 stars.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The territory is green and well maintained. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and a sea view. The food is excellent, a large selection of dishes, fresh fruits and delicious pastries every day. The sea is clean, the beach is public, there are no sun beds, the entrance to the water is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling to help solve any issue. They speak Russian well, as the hotel's contingent is Russian-speaking. We highly recommend the hotel for family and relaxing holidays. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The price—quality ratio is perfect.

A great place for a relaxing holiday, but sometimes there are inadequate neighbors among the Russians, the walls are cardboard, everything is audible. Russian tourists are the main contingent, the staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. Nutrition is also normal, if you don't find fault, you won't stay hungry, it's not a top five if anything. It's a long way from the center, but you can drive or walk if you like hiking. There is no private beach, you can lie down on the city beach, it takes only 5 minutes to walk.
