The order was placed by my wife in advance — one day before the expected date of receipt of the cake. However, the next day, when trying to clarify the status of the order, the operator reported that they had simply forgotten about it. The cake was extremely necessary and was ordered for an important event — a birthday. No action was taken by the company to fix the problem: no apologies, no suggestions of alternatives, no attempts to help. As a result, in a hurry, we had to urgently look for and buy a cake elsewhere — literally at the last moment. I consider this attitude towards clients to be extremely irresponsible. For the complete lack of service and ignoring obligations, I have to give one star.
