There was an unpleasant situation. I looked in advance on the Internet that this pharmacy has 5 packages of the necessary medicine. I arrive, give the prescription to the pharmacist, she looks at the computer and says that "it is not available," I reply, "you have 5 packages." To which she turns around, opens the drawer, looks and again says "no, they are not available" and then offers analogues that cost 20-30 rubles more. I can't stand it, I say again, "girl, I need these pills, you have them in stock, take a better look!". And lo and behold, this time she finds them in the same drawer. But that's not all. She says, "I can punch 2 packages for you, since 2 are booked." As a result, I buy 2 packages according to the recipe and leave. I come back after 2 days to try my luck, I go online in advance to check their availability, shows 3 packages. I think, "let me book 2, so that they will surely be sold to me," and then I see, "reservations are not available at this pharmacy." What was that all about? Why do your pharmacists refuse to sell medicines and lie at the same time? I needed to purchase 4 packages of 100 rubles each. What is the difficulty for me to sell them? I called the hotline to report this situation, so they promised to call me back in 2 weeks with feedback. No one got in touch!
