Yesterday I wanted to buy a whole package of the drug. The pharmacist took the package she had started and kissed it. Instead of selling me the whole one, as I asked, she started taking blisters out of it to transfer them to the one that had already been started. To my remark and request to give me a whole package, the girl refused and referred to the law. But there is no law that allows this and prohibits pharmacies from selling an entire package of the drug when it has already been opened. This is a violation. I'm not buying the number of blisters, but the packaging, which means they have to sell me the packaging.

We bought cold powders, the pharmacist asked for the symptoms and recommended a throat spray. It was only at home that they discovered that the expiration date ends next month. No one warned, it turns out they just sniffed the expired product!

I hope the staff will gain experience and at least the service will justify the price tag, which is higher than all pharmacies in the area.
