The location of the hotel is very good, everything is nearby. Banzan night market. Jang Ceylon shopping mall. And the well-known bangla road pleasure street. The rooms are cleaned every day, and water is added. Basically, the room is clean. The staff is quite friendly. Any questions, (although there is a small language barrier) but with the help of an online translator, everything is solved pretty quickly. I hardly visited Breakfast for 10 nights about 3 times. The breakfast is simple, but everything is fresh. And edible. The nearest beach is 15-20 minutes walk away. But we went to the northern part of Patong. The water there is significantly turquoise due to the sand. It takes about half an hour to walk there. Through the lively and interesting streets.

There is no early check-in, the deposit is 1000 BAHT.I haven't seen so many mosquitoes in the lobby of the hotel anywhere during my entire vacation (this is obviously because of the dirty fountain, the larvae have a place to roam).The dining room is right there, street cats sleeping on sofas, climbing on tables (while waiting for 10 o'clock at night to check in, I saw a lot).The number says "deluxe", a very tired deluxe in my opinion.There is a beautiful view from the window of the building, located 3 meters from ours))There's a bathtub with a crack for some reason.When the shower is turned on, water drips from it onto the floor.They don't clean very well-there's a layer of dust under the beds-you can collect a couple of people, fruit bones with mold.When we checked into the room, we were greeted by an evil cleaning lady..The staff is very unhappy with something there, they probably don't look like Thais, they are always positive (there are technical staff in the canteen), and there are evil aunts at the reception all the time.The sink was clogged and the water wouldn't go away-we cleaned it ourselves, the refrigerator was turned off for some reason (by turning the knob to zero), which caused us to flood a little while we went to a cafe for a snack.There was no rag and they didn't give it to me, so I had to sacrifice a sock for now (then we bought the rags ourselves).There is nowhere to dry clothes (I had to buy a dryer and put it on the balcony).Breakfast is the same every day, buffet style, but meager (rice, egg, noodles with chicken, sausage made of toilet paper, sometimes fruit (if you get up early), biscuits and a lack of jupi type.On the last day, my wife was severely poisoned (the three of us ate everything the same everywhere, but on this day my sister and I did not eat eggs for breakfast, but my wife did).Smoking is not allowed, but no one cares - non-smokers should not go out on the balcony in the evening, they are not shy about ganja either..Some macaques lived above us for a few days:They were yelling and fighting there, trash.

Close to the beach - 12 minutes on foot (but we always walked all the way to the stones).The hotel is stale, the counter staff and the maids are angry in an un-Thai way. The rooftop pool is clean, but we still didn't take a dip-the sea is better. The room is dark-the building opposite is too close, there is no clothes dryer.They clean every day, but when they get dirty, the towels are changed, but the bedclothes are changed only once, the rest of the cleaning is just pretended-just made up.They put 2 bottles of water every day.Breakfast is monotonous, it's better to get up early, otherwise you can eat what's left.From the cafe, I recommend Pai Place across the street from the hotel, especially in the evening-quiet, tasty and inexpensive.
