We stopped by purely for the night, a trip from Russia to Kazakhstan and back. The receptionist is polite and kind, thanks for pointing out the difference in bills to the sleepy and tired. The room is a little chilly, but tolerable. Everyone is hospitable and kind)))

The review is specifically for the winter period, it was not in the summer. The linen does not inspire confidence, the floors are cold. The water is hot, there is a weak outflow. It's cold at night, they slept in their clothes, someone even in a jacket and under a blanket, the kitchen is acceptable for their money. You can eat, something even very tasty. The staff is excellent, everyone is friendly, if there is something missing in the room, they will quickly fix it. 4 stars only because of the staff.

The name of the establishment, which caught the eye from afar, attracted me. After a long, tiring night trip, we were just planning to have breakfast and drink tea. At first, they wanted to sleep for a few hours, gain strength - but there were no rooms with a bathroom inside (and they did not want to use public places) - so they used only the catering service. Tea, scrambled eggs, bread. The score is three plus on a five-point scale. Suggestion: to enliven the decoration and design of the room - a traveler tired of the road wants to plunge into a pleasant atmosphere, at least for a short time. In general, the location is excellent, we sincerely wish prosperity to the business✋️

The VIP room is just awful. The smell in the rooms is a separate story, the mattress is such that the springs dig into the back, the rooms are cold in winter, in general, just tin. I arrived at night with my family. I wanted to check in, but the receptionist said that he does not check in women. This is the Middle Ages in 2022.
