The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. As tourists visiting Russia, we unexpectedly experienced an internet outage at a very difficult time. We needed to book a taxi and get to the airport, but without internet access we were unable to do so ourselves. The lady at the reception kindly called a taxi for us and even came downstairs to wait with us until it arrived. We were in a very stressful situation, and her assistance made a huge difference. Thanks to her help, we were able to get to the airport without any problems. The room was also spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were very pleased with both the hotel facilities and the exceptional service provided by the staff. We especially appreciate the kindness and support we received during a difficult moment. I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable, though the walls were a bit thin—I could hear noise from next door. However, I’d like to give special thanks to Polina. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and her excellent English skills made communication easy—I didn’t even need a translator whenever I want anything from the front desk. The breakfast was delicious
