The staff does their job well, even though they are new. I didn't notice any flaws. They are working on a solution. 3. The cafe and the sports section are good, the owner tried his best. 4. There are no lunchboxes. But special food was prepared for me in advance before departure at 3 am. 5. If strict paperwork for the company is important to your accounting department, it is better to take care in advance and not through bookings. But in general, everything is OK with the documents. The receipt and receipt were quickly prepared right at the time of registration. 6. The design and space of the rooms are thought out. Cons (of course, a new hotel, and only chain hotels don't mess up at the start, but in total one ball fell out) 1. At the time of the review, I got here through booking.com where the geolocation of the hotel was incorrectly indicated much closer to the center, which is why the first expectations were underestimated, because I wanted to walk along the usual route, and today I will have to lay a new one. But the hotel is new, so it's forgivable. 2. By the way, that Google maps, that Yandex at the specified address in Cyrillic and Latin letters will not be able to find the Ace hotel, only if you visually point at the building. 3. Either the room was poorly ventilated, or the building materials still give off a smell. But the first breath in the room was like breathing air. In just 10 minutes with completely open air, this problem was solved for the whole day. I don't know what prevented me from airing. But again, it's still excusable. 4. The ventilation control panel did not actually work, although it allowed you to set different modes. 5. Sounds from the dining room can be heard in room 214. It's kind of cute. 6. View from the window to the wall 4 meters from the neighboring building. Number 214. Well, unless you like direct sunlight and like to play tennis with a wall without the right to make mistakes. 7. I'm probably overeager, but there are no hotel slippers for 20 cents. 8. I probably got too drunk, but they didn't bring a kettle or cooler either. Considering the room price of 20,000 tenge/day, people stealing such trifles should not appear. 9. I'm probably not an eco-activist, but the refrigerator works only while the number card is in the receiver. You will leave the room for more than 4 hours...At 6 o'clock, the refrigerator will most likely heat up again in the opening heated by it. This oversight is solved simply by the Kulibins, but it is better not to count on a refrigerator for normal mortals.
