I've been going to this gym for 3 years now, and my impressions are only positive. Great atmosphere: the coaches are attentive, professional, able to find an approach to everyone. Classes are intense, but with a competent workload — you can feel the progress every week. I especially like that both beginners and experienced fighters can practice here. There are boxing, MMA, and wrestling workouts — everything is structured and safe. The equipment is in good condition, the gym is clean, the changing rooms are comfortable. After training, you feel energized and confident. I recommend it to anyone who wants to develop physically and mentally — the gym really helps to pump not only the body, but also the character.
