I'm from Moscow, and maybe we're really spoiled by the high level of service. Nevertheless, for such significant amounts, the expectations were much higher than the result I received. My dissatisfaction is primarily related to what was done to my mother – it was just terrible. I want to focus on how the consultant communicated with me. He was constantly writing, even considering the time of day. If I didn't respond within an hour, I received a lot of messages with questions about the prepayment. It was quite intrusive. As for basic services, such as styling quads and makeup with eyelash extensions, there are simply no words. I am deeply disappointed with the result. In conclusion, I can only say that it is good that this experience is behind us. I can't recommend this place. The first photo shows the styling done in another salon, and the second shows the work of the Moscow salon. Although the photos were taken from different angles, please pay attention to the quality of the styling.
