The price was very confusing, we were really worried that we would sleep standing up for such a price. But the hotel exceeded our expectations. For 4,000 rubles per day for a double, it's great. All quite well, especially the Breakfast on the top floor with sea views and a profuse salivation Seagull☺️ Wi-Fi in the evening slow, but it works. The staff is helpful. We had to leave the hotel at 7:30, and breakfast from 8. We were offered breakfast at 7. Convenient transport interchange (Aksaray. metro, Marmaray, tram nearby) there is even a micro-cooler, and above it a closet for things, in which things dried perfectly from the heat of the refrigerator. 4* because we did meet one cockroach in the bathroom and one of the mattresses was slightly askew, it was uncomfortable to sit on the bed, but sleep well.

Excellent location - close to the metro and other modes of transport, historical attractions. The street is quiet, there is a grocery store and cafes. There are many restaurants on the next street. The breakfast is quite varied and plentiful, for every taste. The view from the dining room window to the sea is great! Huge ships, foggy sky, sunrise... Seagulls arrive, which are fed here by workers and tourists are allowed to feed them too. The staff speaks English quite well, helps with household issues and guides us on transport, shops (we needed a bookstore) and attractions.

I was on the fourth floor in October 2025. A two- or three-room hotel, corresponds to the cost. One of the advantages is a convenient transport location, good breakfasts, Russian-speaking staff, good fast Wi-Fi. One of the disadvantages is the disgusting sound insulation (conversations can be heard very well and with all the details, and not only in the next room ) The creaking elevator is very annoying in the morning, they start cooking breakfast at about seven thirty- you can hear the clink of dishes. The furniture is old and shabby, the linen is obviously not fresh (there was no linen change for five nights, only towels were changed) the rooms are not large at all. The air conditioner is working, but again it's kind of very noisy (maybe my room was like that).
