Onyx and JoinMe travel agency chose this hotel for our trip to Turkestan. Apparently, the guys want to make money so much that they don't worry about the image of their companies at all. The hotel is like a garbage dump. The rooms are really not cleaned, they move into rooms with unmade bed linen after the previous guests. There is hair on the floor and on the bed (!). There is no air conditioner. There aren't even curtains. You will wake up with the first rays of the sun, because it will hit you in the eyes. At the same time, the towels, oddly enough, are clean. I'm afraid to guess what kind of breakfasts are in this hotel((

The most terrible hotel , there are no bathroom accessories , although it says in the room that even towels are provided , but there are no rude administrators !! They asked for an iron, even this is not available, and boiling water is sold there for 500 tenge. Ordinary boiling water !!

It's a terrible hotel. I don't recommend it. The service is zero. The bed in the room is not fresh, they asked to change the bed, the admin refused to change it and was rude.
