I take my child to gymnastics in this arena, and we are very glad that we made this choice. From the first lessons, it was clear that the training process is taken seriously here: the coaches are attentive, patient and at the same time demanding in a good way. The child is given clear tasks, explains the technique and returns to the details until it becomes correct — not superficially, but precisely to the point. The training sessions are structured logically: warm—up - stretching — practicing the elements — a game block. I am particularly pleased that a lot of attention is paid to warming up and strengthening the muscular corset in order to reduce the risk of injury — this is important for me as a parent. The groups are small, so the coach manages to pay attention to each child; if someone is lagging behind, they study individually or give home exercises to consolidate. The equipment is modern and in good condition: mats, beams, shells are neatly maintained, everything is clean and safe. Classes are held in a comfortable, motivating atmosphere — no aggression, no fuss, only support and encouragement of success. The child has become more confident and calmer in competitions and is no longer afraid to try new tricks at home — the real dynamics of progress is visible. Communication with the coaches is very convenient: they give feedback after each workout, tell you what to work on, and explain what goals are in the near future. If necessary, the coach is always ready to show the exercise to the parent or send a short video for home practice. The schedule is flexible, administrators meet shifts halfway, if force majeure occurs, it makes life easier for the family. I would also like to mention the friendly atmosphere among the children: they support each other, learn to work in a group and respect the coach. For a child, these are not only sports skills, but also the development of discipline, responsibility and communication — things that are useful not only in sports. In general, we were very satisfied: professionalism, safety, attention to detail and a noticeable result — all this makes the section an excellent choice for those who want to develop a child in gymnastics.
