The Abazg Apart-hotel welcomed us very warmly on our first vacation in New Athos. The manager contacted us in advance and clarified the time of arrival, checked in ahead of schedule, prepared the rooms and showed everything. This is a new hotel that opened only in 2025, the rooms are newly renovated, there is a shower cabin, a very comfortable bed and a hotel area equipped with a summer kitchen, as well as a washing machine where you can always wash your clothes, this is included in the room rate. There is also a TV in the room, where you can enjoy watching your favorite YouTube channel. David is the name of the person who is constantly in touch with us - he always answers questions quickly. He also helped us organize our holidays, gave us contacts of people to contact about excursions and leisure activities. I recommend staying here, as there is both comfort and walking distance to the sea - 5 minutes, this is the very center.

A very cozy hotel in the very center of New Athos. Near the park, 3 minutes walk to the sea, convenient with a child. The room is clean, there is air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator. In the evenings, we cooked kebabs on the grill. Thanks to the hosts for their care and comfort!

Beautiful mini-hotel in New Athos. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. Convenient location-park, monastery, caves nearby, 3 minutes walk to the beach. There is a barbecue on site, parking is included. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday by the sea
