We stayed at this hotel from 04/26/26 to 05/02/26. I'll note right away, this is not the first time. The hotel is located in the picturesque area of New Athos, which is what attracts us to it. Nearby are the Novoafon Monastery itself, caves and the Anakopian fortress, etc. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, with everything you need (bath accessories, bathrobes, slippers, etc.). The breakfasts are standard, you won't stay hungry.There are a large number of different catering establishments nearby, as well as many attractions for hiking, a waterfall and an old station , the grotto of Simon the Canonite. In general, everything is great, we recommend it. Thank you very much to the staff of this hotel, I want to come back to you.

The hotel is great, there's nothing to complain about!We had a rest November-December.Modern, cozy.Deluxe Room:it is spacious, the atmosphere is pleasant,the furniture and plumbing are of high quality, the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the view from the balcony is wonderful, water and tea are replenished daily, they are cleaned conscientiously, the bed linen is changed regularly, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable.The staff is friendly, they respond to all questions instantly, from the first minutes when my husband and I entered the hotel, we put a fat plus, because the elevator temporarily did not work and the guy from the reception grabbed our two heavy suitcases and took them to the room, without giving my husband a chance to take one.About the nearest locations: everything is great here too, you can explore everything calmly for three days on your own.We usually do not return to hotels where we have already visited, this is our third hotel in Abkhazia in a year, I always choose a hotel carefully and there are some shortcomings, but this wonderful hotel conquered us and in May we are returning here. 🌺

And we are absolutely delighted!!!! We wanted a holiday and we came to celebrate 2 birthdays. The hotel is very beautiful, bright, and stylish. The girls met us at the reception, they were so beautiful, smiling, and helpful. They told me everything, explained everything. They congratulated me on my birthday in the morning, and gave me a present in the form of a bottle of champagne... It was sooo nice to hear so many warm words and wishes addressed to me!!!! And the food here is also very tasty!! Special thanks for the awesome dumplings and amlets!! The rooms are cozy and clean, cleaned every day. There is everything for comfort. Air conditioning and refrigerator. Bathrobes and slippers. Hair dryer, and shower gel, and toothbrushes. You don't have to take anything with you. We went to Abkhazia for the 4th time. April. It 's not the holiday season. The hotel was chosen by location and did not lose at all. Everything is within walking distance: And the monastery, and the fortress, and the cable car, the sea, Stalin's cottage. The waterfall is generally visible from the balcony. Everything is on fire in the evening ... the beauty is indescribable... We looked at everything on our own, because we didn't have enough time for all this last year when we went on excursions. So for lovers of comfort, walks, emotions and history, this hotel is the best!!! My friends are already going on vacation here))))))
