Terrible service, overstated prices for parts, and when asked to name at least the manufacturer of the part, they hide behind the fact that they "do not disclose their secret suppliers," but at the same time they will gladly supply you with an unsuitable battery for your car, and when asked how it happened, they will say "I don't know how it happened, it's strange that you have they didn't ask which one to put," and of course they will refuse to correct their mistake. It's also very common to forget about half of what you asked me to do.
