I got a low rating because of a mistake by the cleaners. The hotel is nice, conveniently located on the main thoroughfare of the city. Nearby there is a large supermarket, pharmacies, cafes and ATMs. The room is spacious, bright and has everything you need. We had breakfast - not a buffet, but it was satisfying enough. And now a big but! Going to bed in the evening, I accidentally saw a needle sticking out of the pillow. It's scary to think if I lay down. The receptionist said that it was probably left over from previous guests. But what about room cleaning and linen change?! No apologies, no regrets. Check the bed for foreign objects!
