A good hotel, cafes and various footcourts nearby, and the train station is even a 7-minute walk away. I would especially like to thank the administrator Ainur Tate, a very responsible, attentive, kind, conscientious employee! There are very few such people now! The hotel management should definitely appreciate such employees and reward them!!!! I want to come back to a hotel with such staff and service again and again)))!!!!

I checked into this hotel because I was in the city on the eve of the holidays and there were almost no available hotels, or they cost just fabulous money, $ 800 for three days is a lot, and the company only agreed on this place for me. When I entered the room, I was upset at first. The hotel is not new, all rooms are on the ground floor. It is clear that once a good repair was done, but it was a long time ago and money was no longer invested. The toilet and shower have a very small space. The view from the window is just a drop, the feeling that you are not looking out the window, but from the window they are looking at you, since your head is at the level of the feet of the tenants of the courtyard. But there were also advantages: I got a good night's sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, apparently they did not spare money for this once. Friendly staff, it is clear that the girls tried their best, even stroked my things before the corporate party, for which I thank them! I liked the breakfasts that were brought to the room, but if only they could solve something with coffee (coffee in bags is disgusting). The room was clean. I put 3 stars, the hotel is certainly far from a normal level, but in general it corresponds to the assessment and price range, so to speak, budget-friendly, modest and no frills.

Never, do you hear, never check into the A&G at 37 Abylai Khan! 1. I arrived at the apartment, and at the reception I hear "Your reservation is not there." You can leave now. I paid through the aggregator, and all the blame was shifted to the service. I tell the woman, "I have nowhere to spend the night, what do you suggest?". Until I started screaming and saying that I would sue (which would be the case, since the money was gone, all the checks were there, and the booking code was there too), they didn't want to do anything. As a result, after the ora, the reservation was found and settled in room number 2. 2. This is not an apartment (room 2), this is a storage room, it was better for Harry Potter. 3. My friends tried to check in the next day. We paid for the standard with a window. As a result, their reservation was not found. They took me to the edge of the world, told me to pay extra, and put me in a room without a window. 4. The inhuman staff and the leader Timur. We always thought that there were kind, friendly people in Kazakhstan, but this staff made us doubt it. Run past it!!!!!!!
