They passed repeated tests, they said that the kidneys were already better, but the problem was now in the liver and stomach, and the doctors hadn't even done an ultrasound. The young doctor, who most likely recently graduated, was not very experienced-he said one thing, the older doctor said another. I know my pet, and I paid attention to his very sick condition at home, he was obviously in a lot of pain, but they told me that he didn't have any pain, he just needed to eat to regain his strength (at that moment it was urgently necessary to take the animal to show other doctors, they really regretted that they didn't do it) They prescribed strong sedatives that come with a prescription, because they couldn't cope and give the cat an injection, this is the first time I've seen such a miracle, horror (by the way, after this pill, he began to fade that day, I don't know if it could be a coincidence). After another IV drip, the cat was brought home in the evening, he seemed to be suffocating, at 04:40 he was gone. The cat suffered terribly for hours, while the doctor said that he had no pain.

They brought the dog to an appointment on 04/12/2026 at 16:30, hoping that they would help us, the dog was breathing strangely, the doctor (with tattoos) immediately began to say some diagnoses without listening to the dog yet.After the dog was listened to, they said that there was wheezing and heavier breathing, gurgling and there was no so-called "popcorn" from their words. We took a blood test, the blood was not flowing, it was very thick, to which we were told that the dog did not drink water, our dog drank a lot of water on this and earlier days, to which we were told it was possible diabetes, they immediately took it for sugar, there was no diabetes. To which the so-called "doctor" said, "and then I don't know what it is," and they decided to inject him with an incomprehensible IV, after which the dog only got worse, they also prescribed a bunch of sedative pills and injections. In the dog's discharge, there was no name with the doctor's last name, or what kind of drug was administered through an IV. Please also note that the doctor inserted an IV into the dog without gloves and also took blood without gloves. Badges, along with some kind of uniform (robe, shoe covers, etc.) were also missing. On the morning of 04/13/2026, the dog died on the way to the clinic on Kulibina. When we called the right doctor clinic, we were told that they had already been informed by the clinic from the cookery about the pet's death, and they refused to talk to us from the right doctor clinic (they would meet that day). We all decided exactly to come, to which the "doctor" name began to mock us, without giving his last name and first name, and that was entered by my dog. They were scared by calling the police. On the morning of 04/14/2026 at 9 a.m. we came to talk to the heads. as a doctor , they shifted all the blame onto us , but promised to punish their "doctors ." I can't bring the dog back, but I also don't want this to happen to anyone else. We have all the evidence where they talk to us shamefully and laugh with us . The words of apology were never said.
