A wonderful hotel. The photo corresponds to reality. Very nice view from the balcony. The beach is under the window, there is a shop in the hotel, a cafe-restaurant opposite, sun loungers for hotel visitors are free of charge. The TV package is huge. We liked everything. Visitors are provided with a catalog with discounts on excursions, the choice is impressive. The highway and the railway are nearby, but they don't bother. Trains run rarely, the noise of cars is almost inaudible, the sound of waves from the sea is better heard. The beach is huge. The staff is all responsive, hospitable.

The hotel is conveniently located on Sukhumi highway at the very beginning of New Athos, very close to the sea. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, with a very nice salesman. There is a dining room 5 meters away, with a good and delicious selection of dishes. The center of Mount Athos can be reached on foot, both along the shore and along the highway. It's not a bad place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable rooms: air conditioning, white bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi and TV, refrigerator, bathroom, large wardrobe, kettle and cups; always hot water). The most important thing is on the seashore. A quiet, cozy place, a table on the street - you can sit by your room. There is a store nearby with a large assortment of everything you need, including seasonal fruits (cigarettes, drinks). There is a cafe opposite with a good menu. Very attentive and caring hosts. Thanks for the warmth. We will definitely come back. Recommendation ☝

We had a vacation with our family in August 2023. We booked a room without any problems. Friendly receptionist Susanna told and showed everything. The room is clean, shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator and kettle. There is a cafe on the territory, everything is always fresh, the waiters are very kind. By the way, I have never had stomach problems))) we ate exclusively in cafes. The hotel is located not far from New Athos. There are 2 palm trees on the shore (I am writing for those who travel by car). The sea is nearby - you wake up, and the view from the panoramic windows is super!!! There have never been any interruptions with water. The beach is clean, equipped with sun loungers. I recommend the hotel for a family holiday. Parking is organized on site.

The location is right on the sea, but it's a long way to the center. Windows on the highway, noisy at night. The toilet does not fill with water until you hit the hose properly. The balconies are combined, for three rooms. Because of this, there was competition for the swing. Difficulties with payment by bank transfer - they ask for cash. Otherwise, it's fine. Very beautiful sunsets from the balcony!

The place is beautiful, but the shore is solid stones, you can say cobblestones. The rooms are comfortable, but the cheap plumbing spoils the whole impression. We lived there for 3 days, we didn't see the staff. I didn't like the cafe: it's not tasty and it's the same every day. There is a store. I don't recommend it. There are better and cheaper places.

Not a convenient location from the city center. It seems to be close, 2.5 km. But there is no footpath for pedestrians. The hotel is without food. There is an Arsaul cafe nearby, it is better not to eat there. I've experienced it for myself. She was poisoned. In general, the infrastructure near the hotel is not developed. The hotel itself is on the beach. On the one hand, it is close to the sea. But it is impossible to sleep at night, the sound of the sea is heard. I do not recommend this hotel.

It's a great place, you look out the window and right at the sea. We have been to many places in Abkhazia, we liked this hotel. There is everything you need, next to the dining room. For a family of 4 people, about 1000 rubles lunch. But it was in this hotel that the rotovirus overcame us. But I don't think the hotel has anything to do with it. I will say that there is nothing to do there for a long time if there is no car. And so some people just drive around Abkhazia in cars, but they live in this hotel. We were in October, the water in the sea was cool for me. If there was a swimming pool on the territory, then there would be a fire at all.
