The lawyer's assistant and the lawyer himself are constantly distracted during paperwork and conversations with the client, they call relatives and chat without paying attention to the clients, and also leave for lunch for 1.5 hours. The paperwork takes a very long time, and people left without waiting for their turn. After 2 hours of waiting, they hadn't even started doing paperwork for the person in front of me, let alone my power of attorney. They can't say anything clear about the deadlines, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that in other agencies it takes 2 days to fulfill this power of attorney. As a result, another bureau across the street issued a power of attorney in an hour, taking into account the long queue.
