I want to leave a huge thank you to Glow cosmetology! It was 13.02 11:25 for a care consultation. It was not just a trip to the cosmetologist, but a real pleasure. I was greeted at the door by the most wonderful receptionist. This is the case when you don't want to let go of a person — she is so friendly, warm and sincere. Such an attitude is rarely seen anywhere now, it felt like I was visiting good friends. The space itself is immaculate: very clean, cozy and incredibly atmospheric. Attention to detail is felt in everything, and the bathroom is a separate kind of art, simply gorgeous! It's really nice when the studio takes care of such little things. The procedure was performed by cosmetologist Ekaterina. She also turned out to be a wonderful specialist and a very polite person. From the first minutes of the conversation, I felt confident, calm and friendly, as if protected. It is clear that Ekaterina is not only a professional, but also has a keen sense of the client's condition. I'm already waiting for when I can write to her again. 😁 I would like to mention her approach to care separately. Ekaterina carried out the perfect selection of funds, described everything in detail, reassured me and answered all my questions. I was very pleased that she did not impose specific products, but advised me on many different care options so that I could choose what was right for me. And a separate plus is that everything you need can be purchased right on the spot — very convenient! Overall, I liked everything so much that I'm already mentally making an appointment for the next visit. Thanks!

I really love Glow! I went to different masters for different procedures. All excellent specialists and wonderful people! They are very attentive, sensitive and polite. For me, Glow is a safe space.😌 Where you can come, relax, and at the exit there will be a cool result and cocoa on banana 🤍 There is no doubt about professionalism. Once (even before the opening of Glow) I got to Taisiya and after meeting and working with her, you realize that all the masters are at the center of the appropriate level. Definitely the best place for your skin!

I was booked for a repeat consultation, that is, this is not the first time I have been a client of the clinic, I was less than 10 minutes late, and in response I received a cancellation of the appointment. Although the rules say about being 15 minutes late, and in general I agree with this. But not for 7 minutes. Respect your doctors' time, but don't respect your clients' time? It's terribly icy outside, I can't go into their yard because of the snow, but if I was more than 5 minutes late, they refused to record me... the recording was paid in full... they didn't give me time, well, like 15 minutes for a consultation, and if I have a difficult case and I'll only talk for 15 minutes? I didn't even hear an apology in response, on the contrary, the administrator began to argue and prove that the weather conditions were not difficult today... I just don't want to even go back to such places for competent doctors.

A family affair based on love? In fact, a rigid 200-ruble formalism. We presented a certificate at Glow skincenter (Kirova str. 19) for 200 rubles. for 3 months. I often travel on business trips, and I applied a few days after the deadline, but they refused without compromise. The company positions itself as "a family business based on love, a special atmosphere..." But in reality it is a soulless formalism. The amount is small, the delay is a couple of days, but they didn't even listen. Interestingly, in other similar situations, issues are dealt with just as harshly? Although clients have all sorts of things in their lives. You can always find a compromise. Unfortunately, this approach does not correspond to the current level of customer orientation. The promises of a "special atmosphere" are at odds with reality.

Beautiful, stylish, cozy, pleasant. On the part of Ekaterina (the cosmetologist of the studio), there is a sincere concern for the visitor. I liked that the disturbing question was answered that cosmetic manipulations would not help. Accordingly, useless procedures were not imposed. I was pleased that after the consultation, only 4 products were offered as permanent care, not 10, and miracle creams were not sold by weight (!) Prices for procedures are average and even above average. The administrator always offers water with lemon, tea, coffee with alternative (!) milk. You can take it with you. I haven't seen this anywhere else. Thanks! I want to come back to you again :) Good luck and prosperity!
